Join Grid-Link's to rotate through the different areas of expertise of Grid-Link. You will have the opportunity to work in engineering, grid connection, SCADA, commissioning and project management services, gaining hands‑on experience from day one while contributing to meaningful, real‑world projects contributing to the rapid energy transition.

What you’ll do

• Develop capability and competence in electrical engineering with a focus on renewable energy projects and transmission assets

• Coordinate tasks with other internal and external stakeholders

• Provide progress reports on different tasks and projects

• Learn specialist software and design practices related to electrical engineering

• Liaise with clients daily

• Participate and attend industry forums and conferences

• Review and development of technical specifications

• Coordination of design and engineering activities on time and budget

• Learn the full project lifecycle — from concept, to construction and commissioning

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering (recent graduates welcome)

• Understanding of the Australian electrical network, power system analysis and high voltage power engineering

• Deliver on commitments in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in power systems, renewables or HV networks.

• Programming skills (C/C++, Python, MATLAB)
